Police: Drunken Motorcyclist Riding With Daughter Crashes:
Juan Ibarra was arrested in Omaha, Nebraska after he turned his motorcycle (that means he fell over while riding). Turns out that Ibarra was allegedly 4 times the legal limit and his 9-year-old daughter was on the bike with him. And one of the charges filed against him was for having an open container. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot? I didn’t even know that was possible on a motorcycle. The girl was injured but no word on the extent of her injuries.
I’m not a biker so I wouldn’t know but it seems 9 is a little young to be riding in the back of bike.
Thanks to Calvena for the tip.

Couple charged in illegal adoption:
Dateline: Stevens Point, Wisconsin…
Bobbi Jo Dolski, 32, and her husband, Jason A. Dolski, 30, were arrested earlier this month on charges including abduction of another’s child, unauthorized placement of adoption, false statement on a birth certificate and neglecting a child.
Basically what happened is that the Dolskis paid $3000 to 27-year-old Amanda M. Zblewski for her child. The Dolskis claim that they couldn’t afford a legal adoption. Yet apparently they could afford drugs because it was during a drug investigation that police found out about the illegal adoption. But we’re not done there. It seems that Jason Dolski and Ms. Zblewski conned the biological father of the baby into thinking that the baby was being given up for legal adoption so he signed something that he thought he was giving up his parental rights legally.
And it seems that the Dolskis have a history of stunts like this…
The couple has tried twice to get a child before their arrest. Four years ago, the couple was raising a child whose mother was addicted to drugs and later refused to give the child back. The biological mother later got custody.
In 2008, the couple offered $3,000 to a woman to be a surrogate, but she declined.
You know, if you can’t adopt legally or have kids maybe God, Mother Nature or the Universe is trying to tell you something.
Thanks to Catbert Pam for the tip.

West Bank woman arrested after cocaine found in her 3-year-old son’s system:
28-year-old Heather Bubrig allegedly rented a motel room in Marrero, Louisiana so she could go on a crack binge. Apparently she felt in necessary to take her 3-year-old son along with her. When police came to the hotel to arrest her on outstanding warrants they said the child “reeked of a foul odor”. Sometime during the weekend the boy ingested some of the crack.
If you take even one hit of crack and you have kids you’ve already failed as a parent.
Thanks again to Calvena for the tip.

Mother of baby killed by meth-contaminated breast milk gets 90 days:
46-year-old Maureen Hoffart of Sacramento, California was convicted of her baby’s January 2008 death after the baby died from ingesting meth tainted breastmilk. Mom is a tweaker obviously. But instead of getting a real sentence to send a message to meth heads and drug addled parents a judge only gav e her 90-days in jail…
Earl said from the bench that Hoffart had plenty of mitigating circumstances working in her favor. Among them, the judge noted, was a minimal criminal history that consisted of two methamphetamine-related arrests that were more than 10 years old. The judge said Hoffart has strong support from family, friends and other community members and that a former kindergarten teacher wrote a letter to the court on her behalf characterizing the defendant as a good mother who volunteered at school and provided her children with a “supportive academic environment.”
That’s all well and good but a baby died because of a mother’s meth addiction. We need less feel good judges and more of the hanging variety.
Thanks to Calvena for the tip.

Father allegedly kicked his toddler:
Mr. Face Tattoo over there is 23-year-old Ricardo Luna of Austin, Texas. He’s accused of kicking his 2-year-old daughter in the face after getting into an argument with his baby momma. Allegedly the child started crying while they were fighting and that’s when Luna kicked her in the face…
“She’s a [expletive deleted] crybaby, that’s all,” Luna reportedly said to his girlfriend after kicking their child. “You spoil her.”
Is it me or does that tattoo on his face look like a penis?
Ladies, face tattoos should be a dead giveaway that a scumbag like this is no good.
I wouldn’t be upset if some of his fellow inmates took some shoe leather to his melon.
Thanks to LadyJade for the tip.

Dallas police arrest mother in missing baby case:
Mom of missing 9-month-old says girl’s body was dumped in Lake Lewisville:
Last week 9-month-old Daisja Weaver of Dallas, Texas was reported missing by her mother, 19-year-old Tamaira Creagh. Except that Daisja wasn’t really missing. Both Breeders knew exactly where she was. It’s alleged that Daisja died while in the care of her father, 20-year-old Alandus Weaver. According to reports Weaver gave her a bath then left her wrapped in a towel as he went to pick up Creagh.
During a meeting with detectives Saturday, Creagh told them she found the baby on the floor wrapped in a towel after Weaver picked her up from work June 8. Weaver said he had given the baby a bath earlier, Creagh told police, according to an affidavit.
To me that sounds like the baby was already deceased whether by accident or not but that’s just speculation on my part.
Anyway the next day the pair allegedly dropped the baby’s body into Lake Lewisville. Creagh claims that she felt threatened into assisting Weaver. I’m sure she had absolutely no opportunity to contact police during that entire time. [/sarcasm]
Then they made up some bogus story about the baby being kidnapped.
Both Breeders have been charged with tampering with evidence and hindering an investigation.
So far Daisja Weaver’s body has not been recovered from the lake.
Now for the cherry on this disgusting sundae. 19-year-old Creagh is 6-months pregnant with Weaver’s child. They sure didn’t waste any time did they? At least hopefully this one won’t end up in the bottom of a lake.
Thanks to Laura and Krissy for the tips.

Maine Mom Nabbed in International Child Porn Sting:
Child Porn Tip From U.K. Leads to Maine Woman’s Arrest:
That my friends is 30-year-old Julie Carr from Mars Hill, Maine. Before I get into the story I just want to say that she may be the roughest 30-year-old woman I’ve ever seen. She looks like she’s 70 and I wouldn’t be surprised if she has a case of meth mouth.
Anyway thanks to the combined efforts of law enforcement in England and the United States Carr was arrested for live streaming the sexual assaults of her children.
Carr is believed to have appeared in several videos. Police aren’t saying which of her cgildren were assaulted but Carr has 4 children ranging in age from 18 months to 5 years.
Personally I’m pissed as all hell that she’s being held on only $50,000 bail. That means she could post bond with just $5,000. As far as I’m concerned the bail should have been at least $1M. Carr was also moved to a segregated cell because the other inmates didn’t care for the crime she’s accused of.

Police: Children resorted to eating dog food:
Actually the dog food part turned out to be inaccurate but that still doesn’t change everything else that is said to have happened.
Anyway 20-year-old Mesa, Arizona stripper Samantha Abernathy was arrested for allegedly leaving her 1 and 3-year-old children home alone starting at 2am. Police were called at 7:45 am for reports of the kids runing around the apartment complex.
When police arrived they found the kids’ room stained with urine and feces.
The baby daddies didn’t arrive until 10am and stripper mom herself didn’t arrive until 10:45am. She claimed that the she was in Phoenix helping her boyfriend. There is some dispute to what was in the fridge but what is known is that there was little food in the house and there was a lock on the fridge. The dog however did have plenty of food. No word on what kind of dog it was.
Now I’ve known a few strippers in my time and they probably made more in a month than I do in a year. Half of them were very responsible with their money with some of them even sending their own kids to private schools, which I may or may not have helped to fund. The other half were constantly broke where the money was either going up their nose or supporting an unemployed penis.
It seems like that Ms. Abernathy could fall into that second half.
Thanks to Bridget for the tip.

Girl, 10, gives birth:
Today a 10-year-old girl from Mitchells Plain, South Africa gave birth to a baby girl. Her 21-year-old Uncle is believed to be the father. He’s been charged with stautory rape.
Under South African law, if a man has sex with a girl under 16, he faces a charge of statutory rape.
Who in the hell looks at a 10-year-old family member and thinks “ooh, she’s hot.”
I’m all for the execution of child molesters, especially incestuous ones like this. At the very least they should be deserted on an uninhabited island somewhere.
Thanks as always to our South African correspondent Southern Lady.

Police: Man threw Chandler toddler on concrete floor:
Mom arrested in child abuse case:
Police in Chandler, Arizona have arrested 20-year-old birth organism Josefa Talavera and her bad boyfriend/illegal immigrant 21-year-old Jeremias Joel Aguilar. Aguilar, who looks like Zippy the Pinhead in his mugshot, is accused of throwing Talavera’s 2-year-old daughter down on a concrete floor on her head. As far as I’ve found the girl is still on life support in the hospital. It seems like in most of these cases he got angry at the girl when she wouldn’t stop crying.
When the girl was taken to the hospital the pair said that the girl had fallen. Apparently she must have fallen on a carton of lit Newports because she also had multiple cigarette burns in her body.
Aguilar also had a history of abusing Talavera as well.
I know I’m preaching to the choir here but Ladies, if your ‘man’ hits you or your child he’s never going to stop.
Thanks to Amaze for the tip.
