In Denver, Katriece Trujillo, 27, was charged with child abuse resulting in serious bodily injury. She admitted to accidentally mixing meth in with her three-month-old son’s baby formula.
The baby’s dad, Anthony Kammann, told police that Trujillo put the meth next to the baby bottle and that it magically jumped into the bottle.
Were these people high or just unbelievably stupid?
The baby was taken to Children’s Hospital suffering seizures. Doctors determined that methamphetamine was the cause.
The boy is now in protective custody of child services. The mom remains in jail with bond set at $50,000. Let’s just hope that she never gets this baby back and some decent people adopt him.

An 8th grade texas girl, who had been hiding her pregnancy, gave birth in her junior high bathroom.
The infant was alive and most-likely full term when she tried to flush her baby boy down the toilet, killing him in the process.
The girl has been taken to the hospital.
It is unknown if she will be charged. Texas is the wrong place to be killing infants, as it is a capital crime, though her age may save her from the death penalty.

In West Virginia, Mima Jane Parsons, 42, is charged with being an accessory to sexual abuse and being an accessory to incest. She allowed her husband to have sex with a 14-year-old female relative, a month after her husband was originally charged with sexually abusing the girl.
Her husband, Ray Eugene Parsons, 41, was arrested and charged with two counts each of sexual abuse by a parent or guardian and incest.
The victim, who is now 14, told police that Ray began abusing her when she was five. Ray admitted having sex with the girl several times when she was 11 and 12 years old. The girl also told police that two other male relatives had sexually abused her. She said that when she told Mima about the abuse, Mima would call her a slut.
Mima was released from jail on $20,000 bond and Ray Parsons is being held on $100,000 bond.
Seems that Mima and Ray aren’t the only relatives abusing this poor kid. Police arrested Edward Beckett, 46, and charged him with two counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian.
Police got him when he was driving to Ohio. He confessed to having sexual relations with the young girl. He is not related to her but was her custodian at one point, Smith said.
Beckett is being held at on $35,000 bond. He is also charged with possession of marijuana and third-offense driving with a revoked license.
What this group of supposed adults did to this poor girl is bad enough. However, I don’t understand why she wasn’t immediately removed from Mima’s care after Ray was originally charged. Unfortunately, the system allowed the abuse to continue. I’m happy to report that she’s been removed from the Parson household.

In Savannah, Georgia, Virkisha Warren, 21, drowned her 3-month-old son, Brandon. Then she put him in a trash bag, put the bag in the car, picked up the baby’s father and went to his house.
The baby’s dad told police that Warren had a black trash bag sitting on her lap. When he opened the bag, he discovered his son inside. God, how unbelievably horrifying.
Someone at the home called 911. When police arrived they found a neighbor administering CPR to the baby. The baby was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Warren told the police that she awoke and found her son not breathing. Since she didn’t have a phone, she got in the car to drive the baby to his father’s house to call 911. According to her, she found the baby’s father along the way, picked him up and then proceeded to drive to his home. Then they called 911. However, when they interviewed the father, police knew something was up.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is conducting an autopsy to see how Brandon died.

Christopher Lukacs has been accused of raping his 4-year-old daughter.
The rape was discovered by the childs grandfather. He had noticed vaginal injuries one time he went to pick her up, as she had been naked.
The injuries were so severe, she was driven to the hospital and required treatment.
This is not his first offense… Lukacs became a registered sex offender in 2000 after being convicted of gross sexual imposition for having sex with a 12-year-old girl.
Investigators have said the mother, Ambre King was aware of his prior convictions as well as the current “assaults”.
The girl and her brother are staying with relatives.
Both the father and the mother should be locked away for life, they are both disgusting.

Are you getting tired of grown men beating little babies? I’m sure am, but unfortunately here’s another such story.
In Syracuse, New York, Leonard Glasgow, 31, attacked his three-month-old son, Myles Glasgow. Doctors at University Hospital found that he had a fractured left leg, a factured pelvis, fractured ribs and facial injuries.
The scum bag told police that while he was bathing the baby, the boy slipped from his grasp. When he grabbed Myles, the child hit the bed. Police say that story doesn’t match Myles injuries.
Glasgow is charged with second-degree assault, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child.
The baby remains at the hospital. Glasgow’s bail was set at $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond. The mom is not charged.

In Albuquerque, New Mexico, a jury convicted Mary Lovato, 58, of a dozen crimes including rape and sexual abuse of her granddaughters. She was arrested for molesting the girls while she babysat them.
One of her granddaughters, who was seven-years-old at the time of the abuse, testified that Lovato injected heroin in front of her and tried to get her and her cousin to use it.
The child also testified that her grandma also threatened to kill them if they told anyone about what had happened
The child’s mother says she knew a guilty verdict was what the grandma deserved. However, the verdict upset some of Lovato’s family who left court yelling at the girl’s mother and father.
I hope these parents stay away from this sicko family. Defending a grandma after doing this to her granddaughters is insane.

In Galveston, Texas, Joshua Royce Mauldin, 20, confessed to putting his two-month-old daughter in a hotel microwave and turning it on for 10 seconds. (You can read a transcript of his confession here.)
The baby girl suffered critical burns and has had several surgeries since then.
Now Maudlin is on trail and his attorneys are trying to convince jurors that he was insane. If they are successful, Mauldin could spend the rest of his life in a mental institution.
Doesn’t seem likely though. Michael Fuller, professor of psychiatry, testified that Mauldin’s mental illness would not satisfy the legal requirements for being legally insane. He said it was possible that a combination of Mauldin’s mental illness, low-blood sugar and a sudden withdrawal from an antipsychotic drug could have triggered a brief period of insanity.
However, Edward Gripon, a Beaumont psychiatrist hired by the prosecution, said such a brief period of insanity was unlikely since Mauldin had not been formally diagnosed with low-blood sugar and that he was off antipsychotic drugs for two weeks.
Bottom line? Joshua Royce Mauldin is a sadistic bastard. In fact, Fuller testified that he couldn’t find a logical reason for Mauldin’s behavior.

In Middleboro, Mass., Michelle Henry, 30, was charged with reckless endangerment and assault and battery on a child (her seven-year-old son) causing injury.
Bad enough, right? Here’s the doozy. Her 22-year-old boyfriend, David Privette, was charged with abusing her son by burning him with cigarettes, hitting him with a belt and urinating on his head while the child took a bath.
Privette was also charged with mayhem and indecent assault and battery since he disfigured the boy by repeatedly burning his genitals with cigarettes. Police said the boy had four burn marks in his genital area and one on his buttocks when police were contacted by the school nurse.
The boy told the school nurse that when he told his mother about the abuse, his mother told him not to tell. The boy’s school had filed three reports of abuse with the state Department of Social Services before Henry and Privette were arrested.
DSS first came into contact with Henry in 2002, after receiving a report that she was neglecting her son who was then two. Over the next several years, DSS received sporadic reports of neglect but nothing indicated physical abuse.
Great. Here’s a family who’s been “in the system” for years. Yet DSS does nothing until the THIRD report from the school, after the kid is badly mutilated by the scumbag boyfriend. It makes me mad to see kids get hurt when the people who should have helped (DSS) didn’t. This was PREVENTABLE, folks.

In Cape Coral, Florida, Christian A. Jimenez-Colon, 19, was charged with abusing his fiancee’s 14-month-old child, Christian Merly, the son of Jovan Santana.Jimenez-Colon was babysitting Christian, who was sick. When he started throwing up, Jimenez-Colon, held the child against the toilet and began hitting the child’s back with an open hand HARD to “help” him. He then grabbed the child’s throat and pinched his windpipe to “help the child vomit” some more. Then Jimenez-Colon placed the crying child over the railing of his crib and leaned his full weight into him until he stopped breathing.
Huh? Yes, beating a child will stop him from puking…not!
According to police, Santana took Christian to the hospital because he was sick. Luckily, the hospital asked that Christian come back because blood test results indicated a more serious problem. When Santana brought him back in, medical staff observed bruising on Christian’s body that his mom could not explain. The doctors believed that Christian had been struck multiple times and was suffering from blunt force trauma. They reported the abuse to police, and performed emergency surgery on the boy. Christian is in critical but stable condition at the hospital.
Jimenez-Colon told police that he “may” have been too rough with the toddler because he was worried about his financial problems. He said that he didn’t tell Christian’s mom because he thought she’d break up with him. (Duh!)
Custody of Christian has been taken away from his mother. Also, she’s pregnant with Jimenez-Colon’s child.
