Kid dumped at liquor store
4-year-old girl left at liquor store:
If you leave your 4-year-old daughter at a liquor store for 40 minutes and are arrested only four blocks away you may have a drinking problem.
That’s what happened to Lee Ann Harris and Damen L. Boston of Springfield, Illinois. They allegedly told the clerk at the liquor store they did not want the girl anymore. Last time I checked a liquor store was not a safe haven. I’m dying to know what fine selection of liquor they bought as well.
The child was unharmed but was taken into DCFS custody.

When “parents” choose beer over kids, it’s time to get some help. Pathetic. Don’t have the kids if you don’t want to care for them, losers.
Hopefully that sweet little girl gets a loving new home.

What the fuck?! Ihavekidstoo is right. I hope this girl’s natural parents NEVER see her again. She deserves a real family who will love her and care for her properly. I don’t want children. I don’t especially like children. This is why I choose not to have children (instead of having them and then dumping them at a liquor store when I get tired of them). But I cannot even IMAGINE treating a poor kid like this.

i don’t get it. it’s all so simple…if you don’t want your child, contact your closest dcs; voluntarily relinquish your parental rights and give the child a fighting chance at a normal life. i’m a foster mother and have adopted 6 of my little ones. there are plenty of us out here that are more than willing to raise their children if they can’t/won’t.
