Ray and Mima Parson Arrested for Having Sex with Underage Relative
In West Virginia, Mima Jane Parsons, 42, is charged with being an accessory to sexual abuse and being an accessory to incest. She allowed her husband to have sex with a 14-year-old female relative, a month after her husband was originally charged with sexually abusing the girl.
Her husband, Ray Eugene Parsons, 41, was arrested and charged with two counts each of sexual abuse by a parent or guardian and incest.
The victim, who is now 14, told police that Ray began abusing her when she was five. Ray admitted having sex with the girl several times when she was 11 and 12 years old. The girl also told police that two other male relatives had sexually abused her. She said that when she told Mima about the abuse, Mima would call her a slut.
Mima was released from jail on $20,000 bond and Ray Parsons is being held on $100,000 bond.
Seems that Mima and Ray aren’t the only relatives abusing this poor kid. Police arrested Edward Beckett, 46, and charged him with two counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian.
Police got him when he was driving to Ohio. He confessed to having sexual relations with the young girl. He is not related to her but was her custodian at one point, Smith said.
Beckett is being held at on $35,000 bond. He is also charged with possession of marijuana and third-offense driving with a revoked license.
What this group of supposed adults did to this poor girl is bad enough. However, I don’t understand why she wasn’t immediately removed from Mima’s care after Ray was originally charged. Unfortunately, the system allowed the abuse to continue. I’m happy to report that she’s been removed from the Parson household.

What in the name of Pete is wrong with people? He started messing with this poor child when she was 5 yrs old? Nobody can tell me that adult female (pardon me, but she’s no woman) wasn’t aware or at least suspect something was going on. I humbly request 15 minutes alone with the adult female. I won’t need quite that long with the male, though. Snip, ‘nuf said there. Nope, that won’t keep any other males from hurting babies, but it’ll damn sure make him into a eunuch. His hands ought to come off too, just in case.

I totally agree with momof2grannyto1. Someone needs to cut of his penis and shove it down his throat. As for her, I suspect there should be more charges against her. CPS was called on this female a few years ago. That is a fact. She is the girl’s stepmother and the state took HER kids when they were very young. Why in the hell was she allowed to even raise this poor girl when she wasn’t even allowed around her own children??? Why didn’t CPS look into this then??? It might have saved a lot of pain and trauma to this girl if CPS would do their DAMN job.

What makes me really sad about this whole thing is that the girl tried so hard to reach out to someone she loved and trusted and they turned her away.
I am so sick and tired of reading about people turning kids away or telling them to keep their mouths shut.
We are supposed to protect our innocent children and when you turn them away you are throwing their lives away.

Good to see CPS hard at work. This child should be able to sue the department for not doing what they are damn well paid to do. Don’t even get me started on the sick bunch that victimized this poor child. What sort of “Deliverance” shit is this?? And to be called a slut because the skank that should have protected her didn’t!!!

there is more to this story then you know iam there mother and rays ex wife i called them right after him and i separated they told me i was just a scored wife trying to take his doughters away from him and i tried to find them and evrytime i found them he would move or change there number and he told me i would never see them agian now iam tring to get them home to me in florida and i pray they get to come home and i can start tring to help them i know they will never be the same but at lest they will know i never left them in my heart and i triy like he@@ to find them

It is my understanding the children are under the care of the state, although I am not sure. They may be with their grandmother. You know her name. I’m pretty sure her number is listed. I hope and pray you can find them. God Bless

to faydra74, I know you wrote your girls, sent pictures ad haven’t forgotten them. They are both doing much better. They understand you were not able to care for them when they were young and probably aren’t able to now either. The oldest thinks of you often. Jayne never let them see the pictures or letters. However, I know Jayne had a whole box with stuff in it from you. I desperately need to know Jayne’s last name when she was convicted of abusing her boys in Jackson county I think. Most people don’t believe it happened only because they can’t find the record, no because the record would not have been under the name of Parsons. Also in regard to the article, the girls were removed from the home on a Wed., dad was questioned the same day, and was arrested on Friday. The girls never returned home, the brother was removed later, and dad is still in jail. As much as I’d like to see them fry, it did not happen the way the story said, believe me, I know. Jayne is the manipulator and controller in the house, yes she did know about Ray, Eddie, and 2 others. She did leave the oldest home alone with 2 of them while she took the younger to the dr with her after being told of the last time it happened. She was left alone with them the day before being removed from the home.

I know that her youngest son is with his father. His last name is Haynes. I believe they were married. I’m pretty sure he is still in the Ravenswood area.
