Update to “video: Mother gives ecstasy to child”

by joelnet on July 11th, 2007

mother gives 2-year-old ecstasyI’d like to give a big hand to all PBB readers who have taken the time to comment on this video post.

The media as well as the police have been keeping an eye on PBB. With the help of liveleak, your comments and contacting the police, all of you have aided in the apprehension of these individuals.

I have seen many people identify small markers, like a map of Jackson County, a radio station in Houston. Many of you also called the police in these counties.

All of this has aided in their capture. Feel proud.

Of course the girls are all claiming the 2-year-old was never given any drugs, only told to act. Uh huh…

But now Harris, Jackson County, Child Protective Services and the FBI are all investigating and will hopefully get to the bottom of this…

I just don’t understand how you tell a 2 year old to act like they are on exstacy. How could they possibly know how to act. It’s a stupid excuse and I hope Know one is dumb enough to by it. Even if the child wasn’t on drugs (which I highly doubt) the child is obviously around drugs and needs to be removed from that immediatly.

i have taken extacy before i know the effects and the way you look when your on it there is definitely no possibility that, that is faked cause whenb you concious and not on drugs you cant roll you eyes that far back in you head because you optical muscles wont allow it unless they are dilated and that would be from doing drugs!!

There will not be much trouble to do tests on the little girl to see what has gone on. Then Heads will roll!

No formal drug test have been gone, but child protective services took her into custody and evaluated her. Their diagnosis is that she was only playing around and rolling her eyes, and demonstrated it on request. I contacted a local Houston news station, and supplied them with the video and information on it taken from the radio station, map, and other markers. They tracked them down pretty quickly, and their initial story was released here:

    http://www.click2houston.com/news/13656145/detail.html

They also did a followup story here:

    http://www.click2houston.com/video/13665576/index.html

In the second story, the anchor releases the information that they were pulled over and cited for not having the two children in car seats. The video was made AFTER that citation was given, and the news station was prompted to give them 2 car seats for free. At the moment, both children from the video are in the custody of their grandparents.

Doesn’t sound as if CPS actually took custody of the child but more like she was merely temporarily staying with the grandparent. If the police are out of the investigation as the TV report says then the little girl was likely not on drugs (or at least there’s no other evidence to say she was).

There is no evidence if this little girl was given extacy but really, I just want to slap all of those girls in their face. Who the hell do they think they are trying to “act” (i only say that because there is no evidence) as if they did give that little girl X. & to put it on the internet??? are these girls mentally retarded or what? They NEED to stay in school & stop acting like they grown because those girls look about 14-17 years old. Got a problem? Hit me up!

OMG!!! How sad! My heart aches for this baby! How could anyone be so damn stupid! Why would you ever give you child drugs? Even if she didn’t take the drugs, she was obviously around people who were on drugs and riding in the floor of the car! These “kids” need to pay for their actions! There is no judgement in the world good enough for some things people do. Was the person driving the car also on drugs? There are many things that the girls say that make this video all to real! They were not acting do not let them get away with that poor excuse! Even if they were acting, look what they are trying to teach that child, good morals right? That little girl needs a real mother! It looked to me like the girl who’s feet she was at was possibly her mom because she was talking to her in a tone the other girls weren’t. Yeah and they were also listening to a christian station while they were doing all this!! I can’t even think about this anymore because these type of situations make me sick!

Without positive test results it is impossible to determine whether or not this YOUNG child was under the influence of ecstacy or not. However, what kind of role models were the older children as well as the ADULTS in the videos portraying if they would joke about and speak so openly about the effects and use of a very serious illegal narcotic. To me the attitudes and behaviors that were exemplified through this video show exactly what is going wrong with the way people raise children today. I think someone should definitely be held accountable for the proven facts, that this child was riding in a vehilce unrestrained, and that there should definitely be some type of follow up from social services to confirm that this child is not in any danger. I find this VERY disturbing.

WHAT ABOUT THE FACT THAT ONE OF THE GIRLS KEEPS SAYING … IS SHE FUCKING WITH US ???
IF SHE WAS INSTRUCTED TO ROLL HER EYES BACK … WOULDNT THEY KNOW WHY SHE WAS DOING IT ???
AND ALSO .. I HAVE A DAUGHTER AND I KNOW THAT IF I HAD TOLD HER TO ROLL HER EYES BACK IN HER HEAD TO JOKE WITH ME, SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN LAUGHING LIKE CRAZY … THIS CHILD ONLY SMILES 2 TIMES DURING THIS VIDEO … I FIND IT VERY HARD TO BELIEVE WHAT THESE PEOPLE ARE CLAIMING !!!!

wow. only ghetto ass people would get a kick out of watching a child’s reaction to a drug of that magnitude. i have experienced it myself from one stupid decision and it took me DAYS to recover. i’m not sure whether the mother was in the car or this child was in the care of these teenagers, but if one of them is the mother, this is a perfect example why teenagers should not be having babies…they end up being toys. uneducated…thats what goes through my mind that these girls did not even consider that this could’ve killed this little girl. just all the details, kids not being in carseats, drugs, and need i not mention the way they were talking during this situation. bottom line, those girls didn’t get their asses whooped enough as kids and probably didn’t have adequate parenting either. the sad part is that our judicial system will probably require the mother to “take some classes”, maybe probation, and there you go, child goes back in the custody of the person that could have taken her life. i just hope i never meet these people on the street. i would be willing to go to jail for giving them the ass whoopings they lacked in their upbringing….

My heart and prayers go out to the little girl. I hope that her mother and her girlfriends, (who by the way look like trailer park trash drug addicts) get the proper punishment. I cant believe that they were that childish to give an infant, a human being that is not fully developed a powerful drug and then have the nerve to trip her out by playing with her and smacking her. If one of you trailer park trash girls read this, contact me via email and i will personally book myself a ticket to come slap all of you, and i live in Bermy so im not to far away. (matt_the_ninja@hotmail.com)
PS You sick teenagers are going to hell just so you know, and i hope you burn there to, its going to be hott so bring your ecstasy, it might keep you cool.

It’s actually very simple to find traces of x in the human body, even if the trace elements aren’t present. The active ingredient in ecstasy, or MDMA, has been shown to cause rather large divots to appear in the brain where the neurons fuse. If nothing else, her dopamine, norepinephrine, adrenal and serotonin levels should be off the charts. A CAT /MRI/PET scan would show this. What I’d like to know, is who the fuck videotapes something this illegal?

    Jul 12, 2007 at 10:24 am

Even if the child was not on ecstasy (which clearly is a lie) why the hell do they have the child on the floor practically naked. even if they cant pin point the drug onto the girls they should get penalized for treating a little girl like this and definatley the girl should not be in this kind of enviroment and be given to a family that puts her in a carseat, with clothes on, and obviously doesnt give her drugs. there are some messed up people out there.

  • SwEeTsZ
    Jul 12, 2007 at 12:33 pm

What the hell is wrong with these people?!?!?! Even if the poor little girl has not been given any drugs..then why the hell would they have her on the floor and be treating her like that. They were tapping her and treating her as if she was some kind of toy. Obviously she is in a moving vehicle, so she should be in a carseat with clothes on. Fuck all u people like that…you have spots reserved in hell for you..praying for this little girl.

This poor little girl….her degenerate mother and her friends deserve a good ass-kicking!!! I have a 3 year old daughter who looks VERY similar to this little girl and had to keep myself from vomiting while watching this vidio. What kind of world do we live in that these extremely trashy and ignorant low-life people thought it would be fun to give a 2 year old such a powerful and dirty drug just for kicks. Just think of the affects of this drug on her tiny little body…….she’s lucky to be alive. These girls who did this to this baby should be locked up in jail where hopefully something terrible will happen to them there!!! They obviously don’t know what a precious gift a child is! I agree that they are all going to hell and there are a lot of people out there that could give this little girl the love and life that she deserves. If someone did this to my child, the jail time that I got would be so worth it!!!

This is so upsetting for a mother to watch!! I pray that this little girl, is take and put with some one who will protect her a love her, instead of getting kicks out of stuff like this. This is humane! Car seats were made to protect children, and many caring mother would do everything possible to protect their children. Theirs some sick people in this world, people who will harm your children and that why we are scared for our children and live in fear that people like this will harm them. Some people weren’t meant to be parents, but unfortunately they do…

So tell me something, what are authorities going to do? Probably nothing. It is sad that society has become so evil. Cause what is that shit, giving a toddler “X”, now i know that authorities have to do somthing, unless they are thinking that if they leave it alone, we can become extint and we are going to kill ourselves off. You know, these girls, are all guilty of being fuck ups!!!! what is that girl saying she is going to fuck her up, a toddler? this crazy thizz head!!! she is so hi she cant even pronouce the words right. I would love to have a chance at any one of those individuals that were in the van with that little girl. I pray for the well being of that child, cause you know nothing is going to come from this, i wonder if there is someone out there that is going to give these bitches the ass whoopen they deserve, give them high doses of drugs, slap them in the face, and then do it again and again til they get the point, they want to do “X” anyways, let them continuously do this and see if they dont die, cause for real they are not doing anything positive with there lives or being examples to the little ones, on the contrary they are breading ignorance and stupidity, a lack of strong LATIN women, and most important, they are teaching the little ones that it is ok to be high off drugs and have this behavior,

Please just because the title says mother gives ecstacy pill to child doesn’t mean she did. You people need to analyze situations and facts from fiction. If you notice when they say “damn cookie shoudln’t have popped a full pill of X,” I’m pretty sure you’ll notice the sarcasm. This kid wasn’t given ex, and trust me I can tell. Also I did stuff with my face like rolling my eyes back and making weird faces. My mother like I’m sure all mothers do told me not to do this because my face would get “stuck”. I like how everyone on this site likes to persecute and judge before any of the facts come about.
Also most of you say it’s strange that these kids know what the effects of Ex are. That they are probably around drugs, well guess what I’m sure you can see what the effects of drugs are in T.V the Internet and probably some people down the street. So it’s not to hard to find out what people on Ex looks like. So please people go by innocent until proven guilty. Morons.

Okay… first of all, to “B”, who said that this is why teenagers should not be having babies because they end up as toys, I am 18 years old and I have a son who is perfectly healthy and has everything he wants and needs and would never be put in the floor board of a car, moving or not. So, please don’t judge all teen parents because of the few who act stupid. Secondly, for all of you above who use so many explitives and then say things such as “I’m praying…” and that the girls will rot in hell… lets think about things before you decide to post them because I’m pretty sure God doesn’t want to hear “God, fuck all these girls and let them rot in hell. Oh and by the way please let this little girl be safe.” What kind of prayer is that?

Anyway, my opinion on this is that the girls in this video should not be allowed around young children if they do not have the sence to tell right from incredibly wrong or even to just follow simple guidlines of how NOT to be stupid. I hope that this little girl is safe now and she is never put in a situation like this one ever again.

I have a question - what if anything has been done about the baby as well in the video. I see so many comments and focus on the toddler girl given “X” - and very well should be focused - do not get me wrong - that is all around SICK. But I also see near the beginning of the video, a small baby being passed around, and not in a car seat - is this baby ok? We need to make sure ALL the children unable to defend themselves are represented in this case - AND… will there be proper justice applied in the situation regarding the toddler girl? “X” or not, what was done AND VIDEOED (sick) - needs punishing! If we, as a society accept this behavior, it could become the norm, not the unacceptable. We must keep it in the unacceptable column! SICK SICK SICK! I was in tears for this poor little child.

  • Marsha
    Jul 15, 2007 at 7:33 pm

Josh - innocent until proven guilty? Driving with a child crouched behind a seat is illegal - therefore guilt is established right there in poor parenting. Drugs or not, the child was endangered - and the parent(s) are the ones charged in protecting and caring for their children - if they harm their child or put them in harm’s way - that is wrong. And guilt was established when they pressed “record” on their camera - and THEN - posted it online!!! Don’t tell us not to judge - they are the ones who posted this garbage online for everyone to see their idiocy! And yes, it is wrong and they are guilty of, at the very least, child endangerment - and it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that out -

I just read that the charges on this are dropped, it makes me sick to my stomach. Of course you are nog going to find drugs in the childs body weeks after they gave it to her. Doesnt this video say enough?

  • A concerned cop
    Jul 16, 2007 at 11:46 am

Listen everyone - No charges were dropped, they weren’t filed to begin with. There was insufficient evidence to support any criminal charge. The driver, the grandmother, was already cited by DPS for not having the girl in a seatbelt. AND, all parties were given drug tests, including a hair follicle to the child. Hair follicle testing is used for children for narcotics and other drugs where the drug can be passed through the system within a certain timeframe. Because ecstasy passes the system within 48 hours, CPS and law enforcement decided on the hair follicle test.

I have a question. This child was clearly “abused” the person was hitting her in the head and sticking her fingers in the baby’s eyes, will ANYTHING happen to that person, or is this baby’s future to continue to be raised by these, apearantly, heartless people?

  • a concerned cop
    Jul 16, 2007 at 6:55 pm

Unfortunately, by Texas’ standard, the child was not abused. There was no lasting physical harm. Again, CPS has taken steps against the TEENAGER who was performing these outrageous acts, not the mother. The mother was so focused on dealing with the younger child and ASSUMING that the little girl would be supervised by the TEENAGERS in the middle row - again not a good decision. CPS did not close the case, the entire extended family of the little girl will be closely monitored by CPS until CPS deems it a safe environment for the girl.

Thanks for the information, A concerned Cop.

I live in Texas, but I don’t know the answer to this.
I know there are places where if a car is pulled over with children in it without proper safety devices, that car is not allowed to continue on its way until this issue is rectified.
Is this not the case here?
If not.. that’s something that needs changed.
An officer should have stayed with the car while someone in it obtained transport to the nearest store to buy carseats! and if too many people were in the van, a couple teenagers should have been driven to the bus station.

concerned cop? Ok so there are “Steps” against the teenager that was doing such things to that little girls face, what kind of steps, are they going to face some sort of punishment? or are they getting slapped on the hand and being told not to do it again? What is going to happen to the person that was driving, cause they have to have some type of responsibility in this matter at least to some degree. There is another child being passed around in the back seat, clearly these teens are on something. So is there going to be some sort of reprecussion for them or not, cause if not, then if there is no enforcement of the law, how does the system expect for “The People” to abide by the law? You say by “Texas Standards”, what does this mean exactly? Cause you are not saying by “Texas Law” Thanks for the all the updates really good information

This video was just so disturbing to watch. I wonder if this particular child has some sort of developmental problems and maybe that’s the reason for her behavior? Regardless, there wer just so many things wrong with this entire situation. Didn’t look like any of the teens with buckled up, the toddler was in the floor, the infant was not in a car seat, etc.

I have a hard time this video was recorded and posted on the website for shock value.

OK I WOULD LIKE TO START BY SAYING THAT I HAVE USED THIS DRUG MANY TIMES IN THE PAST, AND KNOW WHAT IT CAN DO PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY, AND ALSO WHAT IT DOES SCIENTIFICALLY. I HAVEN’T USED THE DRUG IN SEVERAL YEARS NOW, HOWEVER THIS VIDEO MAKES ME SICK, THIS LITTLE GIRL IS DEFINATLY ON E, AND BESIDES THAT THE CHILDREN IN THE VIDEO ARE NOT PROPERLY RESTRAINED. THE MOTHER OF THIS GIRL SHOULD BE ON DEATH ROW, AS WELL AS ALL OTHER OCCUPANTS OF THE VEHICLE. THIS POOR CHILD COULD HAVE DIED. HER BODY IS PHYSICALLY NOT MATURE ENOUGH TO HANDLE THESE TYPES OF CHEMICALS, INCASE YOU RETARDS DIDN’T KNOW GROWN UPS USE THIS DRUG AND DIE. NOT SAYING MUCH FOR MYSELF YES I KNOW BUT NOT THE POINT. I HAVE WATCHED THIS VIDEO OVER AND OVER AND RESEARCHED THIS ONLINE ALLDAY CUZ IT UPSET ME SO MUCH, IN THE VIDEO THE ONE GIRL IS HEARD SAYING “YOU SHOULDN’T HAVE GIVEN HER A WHOLE PILL” OR SOMETHING TO THAT EFFECT. SO HOW CAN PEOPLE SAY SHE IS IMITAING A MOVIE LIKE THE GRUDGE OR SOMETHING. ALSO E IS OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM AFTER 72 HOURS SO HOW LONG AFTER THIS VIDEO WAS THIS CHILD TESTED FOR DRUGS?? ALSO THERE ARE WAYS AROUND DRUG TESTS, AND SINCE THESE IDIOTS PROB REALIZED THEY WERE GOING TO JAIL MADE HER DRINK VINEGAR OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. YES CHILDREN DO ROLL THEIR EYES LIKE THAT, BUT AT 2 YEARS OLD ARE YOU EVEN CAPABLE OF DOING THAT YET?? NOT SURE I DONT HAVE KIDS BUT THINK ABOUT IT. ALL THE PEOPLE IN THE CAR APPEAR TO BE ON DRUGS. ALSO THIS CHILD IS CLEARLY INCOHEARANT. THIS IS DISCUSTING, AND I HOPE THESE PEOPLE SERVE A HARSH SENTANCE OR EVEN DEATH. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE LOWEST FORM OF WHITE TRASH, AND I HOPE THEY ARE GIVEN THE PROPER PUNISHMENT, THIS IS ABUSE IN ITS WORST FORM. I DONT EVEN LIKE TO GIVE MY DOG A SIP OF ALCOHOL CUZ I AM NERVOUS HE WILL BE MESSED UP AND WONT BE ABLE TO TELL ME HES NOT OKAY. THIS IS NOT FUNNY, AND ITS VERY MUCH THE SAME, THAT CHILE WAS UNABLE TO EXPRESS HOW SHE IS FEELING, AND THE FACT THAT SHE IS DEFF NOT OKAY!!!! THIS WORST PART IS THEY THOUGHT THIS WAS COOL TO POST ON THE INTERNET FOR ALL TO SEE, LIKE NORMAL PEOPLE WOULD AGREE WITH THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR. THANK YOU…

So the parents/gardians in this video claim the child was told to act this way because they got bored on the long car ride. Im sorry but if that was the case don’t you think you would have heard someone say “roll your eyes” “act funny” SOMETHING! NOT “she’s rollin’ (the comon term used to describe the effects of X) hard”. If that is that case (which I HIGHLY doubt and I know) even having a child pretend to be high is wrong in so many ways. Hopefully justice will be served.

Good Interview, thanks for sharing MIMI :)

But the mom still to me should have some type of reprecussion. Simple because she is looks clueless and she needs to get involved with her families activities or what ever. Cause what is that she said that “kids go to school and think its cool to do drugs” (maybe that is not word for word, but close) that should tell everyone that the mom needs parenting classes or something, WTF, she should be the main one telling her family not to do drugs and if school thinks its cool, then see what is going on at that school. Get involved with your kids, cause Drugs are out there and the people to push it on our kids, so we as parents need to be that first line of deffense when it comes to teaching our kids to stay away from all that stuff, “X”, Crack, Cocaine, Weed what ever the drug, teach them and show them if at all possible what the effects are and surely if you get the message across they wont mess with it.

To Concerned Cop: If they did a hair follicle test how long back would it confirm? Is it possible for a false negative? Don’t get me wrong when I say this, but if the girl was “definately” not given drugs, than the lack of restraint on those children is a very common offense. I have two children of my own who were both in car/booster seats until they turned 7 years old, but I see people all the time who’s children are bouncing around inside their vehicle and no one ever says those parents should be on death row…..?

First off: I’ve seen PLENTY of people on ecstacy. That little girl was on E. They may’ve told her to roll her eyes like that, but her jaw was moving, like anyone else on ex…One teenager was rubbing her face to get her from rolling her eyes, but also turned on the light on the ipod, and waved it in the girls face. Light attracts the eye when your ex’ed out, she was doing that to get the girl to stop rolling her eyes. They better do a drug test, because I’m not buying it at all.

Hello A concerned Cop… I am shocked that you are defending such trash!!! These girls are clearly uneducated b/c they do not know how to speak at all. They cuss in front of these children and are talking about ectasy but then act like they were just talking about her eyes rolling. They clearly know what they are talking about b/c they say comments like she wanted to take a pill. Not only are they saying horrible cuss words they have a 2 year old on the floor and an 8 month old being passed around. How can you defend this mother?? My daughter is almost 8 and is still in a booster seat b/c it is clearly safer for her so the seat belt does not choke her if we get in an accident. The fact that they got pulled over the day before this video and was released by this cop with out getting them car seats and making some of the other passengers get out so that the children have room is just extremely shocking to me. How can a cop let these people continue to travel with no room for two children in the van and with out car seats? That is crazy!!!! I hate seeing cars full of people and some person has a child on their lap with out a seat belt. What is wrong with people?? And a cop to let these people continue to travel like that. If they got in an accident the children would most likely fly out of the window and die. I don’t understand how a cop would let them go. As for the 2 year old… I know that there was drug test but that child seemed really out of it. The girls in the van were slapping her around and she just sat there unresponsive. I think that even if this little girl was not on ex that there is a major problem with this mother and those children need to be taken away. That mother is major trash and doesn’t deserve to have those children. She doesn’t know how to take care of them and surely does not care at all about their well being. I feel so bad for her children having to be brought up in an enviroment like that…. her and her friends and family are trash and completly clueless. If they cared at all about the children they would be in car seats and the other people in there would have to find another ride. They think that their excuses make it ok for the kids to not be in car seats but it just shows how fucking dumb they are for thinking that it is ok. What idiots!!!!! Two of the girls actually said that the mom was a good mom and very caring and that the media should appoligize…. um… hello idiots…. she obviosly doesn’t care too much about her children flying out of the window… what kind of “good mother” treats her children the way that she did. I think that everyone in that van needs to be hit and the mother needs to have her children taken away for good.
