Amanda Apodaca Abuses Her Three Kids, All Heavily Bruised, Bloodied and Bitten
In Albuquerque, New Mexico, Amanda Apodaca, 21, faces three counts of felony child abuse after her 18-month-old daughter was rushed to the emergency room. Doctors found 34 bruises covering her malnourished body.
Then she lied about it, said the baby had fallen off the couch, then changed her story and said that her boyfriend’s kids caused the injuries.
When police checked on Apodaca’s other two children, a five-month-old girl and a two-year-old boy, they found the same pattern of bruising on the kids - from head to toe. The five-month-old had a black eye, and her nose and hand were scabbed over from healing bite marks.
Police say they’ve never seen such a bad case, yet believe that Apodaca is a single mother who was overwhelmed by caring for three young children.
As a mom myself, I know how stressful raising young children can be. Yet I don’t give my toddler black eyes, beat my kids until they’re unconscious, stop feeding them, and bite them. Please, no more excuses!

Three kids in diapers?!?! You would think that after 3 years of being pregnant, this dumb bitch would have figured out what was causing it and KEPT HER NASTY LEGS CLOSED!! AND her BOYFRIEND has kids too?? WTF??
This skank deserves nothing less than some major prison time in the general population. And those babies deserve new lives with a new family far away from this breeder. That look on her face makes me wanna slap the crap out of her! How can you hurt babies that young? If you can’t handle children, birth control is readily available at any local free clinic! there is no excuse. She needs a serious a$$-whipping. No joke.

What we need are laws that require convicted child abusers to be sterilized. There is not a single state in this country that prohibits abusers who have their children taken away from having more kids. Animals like this woman will just go have more babies if the state takes these three away from her. They just HAVE to have something small and defenseless they can abuse.

People like this make me want to go vigilante on them. I lost a child to a fatal genetic illness and even 11 years later I’m sad we couldn’t have anymore kids(risk is 1 in 4 any child we have will be afflicted). I have two healthy teenagers. I know hundred of people who would have loved to adopt those kids. Life is unfair and the victims are so young. Who do people think it’s ok to harm their babies…? So very sad.

AGAIN I say what the HELL!! I hate hearing stories like this (even though I keep coming back) beause I always wonder did this girl not have family or friends.. Why didn’t someone step in? I am not able to have children, and it just makes me sick when I read about stories about children being abused, raped, killed. Don’t people know that children are a blessing!
As far as the excuse of her being overwhelmed, ask for help. I am tired of people excusing their behavior. I believe strongly in taking responsibilty for your actions.
Unfortunately, she will most likely get a slap on the wrist, lose these 3 children, only to have more.
Throw her in jail with a butch. I bet she will not hit a child again.
By the way,where are the friends and relatives????you will not convince me that noone else saw the bruises on these children.

There is never any excuse for beating and starving your children. My kid have only me and my partner as the first, last, and only line of defence in a big, bad world. Life is hard and you are supposed to be their soft place to fall. It is your duty to protect them from everything you possibly can (including yourself when you feel like you are going to lose it). Adults control their temper and walk away when the situation gets to be too much. No excuses for this !@#$%. IHAVEKIDSTOO is right, sterilization is in order (along with tourture).

I really wish we could have laws that prohibit dumb asses from having kids. They really should be sterilized. Unfortunately, the bleeding hearts would cry about an abuse of these so-called people’s human rights. It’s a sad world when abusive shitheads have more rights than innocent children. The shit will have to hit the fan before the eggshell walking legislators change the laws to protect children and to prevent procreating in a shallow gene pool.

I have 3 boys and was a single mother for a long time. I started off young and because I chose to open my legs knew it was my responsibility to care for them. I would give my life for them. What the fuck was wrong with her. One day she will get hers.

I am a foster parent here in the Albuquerque area so I have followed this story with interest. Unfortunately, my experience with the system leads me to believe that these children will be returned either to the mother or to the grandmother (who claims the mother wouldn’t do this and someone else must have set her up). I have an appointment with the social worker tomorrow and I intend to find out what is going to happen to these children and ask that they be placed with me. This probably won’t happen because we already have 4 foster kids with us and CPS says you can’t possibly care for more than six. Even though I am a stay-at-home mom who has made caring for special needs children my life’s work. Even though I have medical & trauma training, and over 20 years experience working with kids. Some of the kids placed with me right now have been in foster care for years waiting to be released for adoption. The system needs a complete overhaul before we damage these children any further by keeping them trapped without permanent families their entire lives.

I’m 22. I have a 3 kids. A 9yr old step son, a 5 yr old daughter with Down Syndrome, and a 4 year old son. Age usually has nothing to do with parenting skills. Take my step sons mom for example. Shes 30. Does not have custody because of reaccuring child abuse. I’ve never had CPS look at me, let alone learn my name.

I’m sorry, but three kids at 21 isn’t usually a good sign…and obviously that mother is as trashy as hell…with her face smiling into the camera…I am tired of people coming in here just looking to take offense to something a person wrote…give me a break and get off of your pulpit…or don’t..it gives me something to show my friends at work so we can get a chuckle while we work to prevent crimes like this from happening in the first place….

Good site for some. I am myself never checking this website out again. I cannot even fathom the sickness of some people. I wish I could personally torture all the sick ***** out there and do that as my living. I get so outraged at reading what these retarded idiots do to thier children and such. I read about 20 cases and couldnt take it anymore. Reading this makes me wish I could catch them in the act and put them through many torturing acts before they go to jail. I wouldnt let them die because I would want them to live the rest of thier life getting butt****** in jail. I would want the other jail mates to know what the sick **** did (as thier are many jailbirds that i am sure detest child molesters,killers) and let them do what they want.
These people shouldnt be able to have the chance to go free ever.
Doing it to an adult is different as they can atleast in some ways defend themselves.
Children cant and dont know how to defend themselves against a predator like that.
The judicial system needs to start rusty razor castrations for anyone that chooses to stick it into thier own siblings/children/anyone who doesnt contest it to happen to them or dont know anybetter (below 5 or so)

This bitch doesn’t need to be a mother…(Excuse my language)……I’ve been married two times, have had three children with each of my husbands(yes 6 kids), and have never even thought about hurting my children, much less, use the excuse that I was stressed In order to justify what my children the way I treat them. I spank my children,but I would never abuse them or let them be abused…….They didn’t ask to be in this world, and as a mother you should prevent the abuse and protect them whatever means neccessary. If you feel that you are so stressed that you have to take it out on your children, then you shouldn’t be a parent (mother or father).

Maybe she was on birth control and it failed…? Birth control is never 100% effective. Ask my cousin who had a daughter because the condom broke. (At least she cares for both her daughters.)
Simple solution: Keep your legs closed. That’s the only way that’s 100% guaranteed to work!
