Man pleads guilty to incestual-rape and bestiality
53-year-old Edmonton man (cannot be named) pleads guilty to incest, bestiality, and sexually assaulting his daughter for over 14 years.
He had been previously convicted for sexually assaulting his children in the past, yet when he was released he was allowed to live with them again. Two days later he raped his then-eight-year-old daughter and continued to do so for the next 14 years.
This man is sick. He’s owned many dogs, all female. He would beat them with chains and bats if they would not have sex with him, sometimes to death. Who does this?
He also had sex with his daughters horse, Princess.
He has demonstrated multiple times for long periods of time that he is incapable of handling his penis. This is another case where castration should be considered during sentencing… I’m also hoping for his gang-rape during prison…

Just to add a little diversity to the intellectual ferment guys, I have to say that not so long ago male homosexuality was looked on with the same instinctive revulsion with which people today look on bestiality.

OMG!!! What is wrong with this man. He should be tied to a truck by his pecker and drug around town behind the truck with people throwing stones (big ones) at him. Hail the heroine! It must be wonderful for them to be togther and feeling safe. I’m impressed with the balanced language used, the judicial attention to privacy, and thorough informative reporting. So fair, that they never so much as slighted the deranged father.

This man has some serious mental problems. I think at the very LEAST a life sentence is in order. Where was the mother while all this was happening? This is absolutely horrifying!
Oh and Ernie, I don’t believe animals can “consent” to sex with humans, especially since this man actually beat them to make them do what he wanted - so there is no comparing this to homosexuality. Also, once a man starts beating and torturing animals to death, he is only a hop away from torturing and killing people.

The legal system FAILED this poor girl. The question is, if people knew that this sick man was getting his kids back why didn’t family members, friends, neighbors, THE POLICE—check up on this girl? Castration seems to be the only option here. The man CLEARLY has demonstrated that he is incapable of controlling himself. He is VERY sick, he preys on children and animals; he is a literal menace to society.

I am so sick and tired of hearing about cases where the idiots in the legal system seem to think its okay to let a complete psycho back out into society without even a thought for the people that he is going to come into contact with. What, do they just like the fun and excitement that a sexual assault case on a child brings? Do they like to go back out and rearrest him many times over because they have nothing else to do and don’t care who is being victimized? I am not sorry for saying that because time after time the system fails children all over the world and the people in their neighborhoods just sit by and watch and don’t take action, desensitized by the world around them and too caught up in their own lives to apparently take a few minutes to make sure that a little girl is alright because she’s living with a man who HAS SEX WITH HIS DOGS AND SMALL CHILDREN AND BEATS THEM!!!! Didn’t anybody give two shits that this guy was living near them? Why didn’t anything happen to save this girl? People!!! Wake up and get involved! This shit happens way too often in our country. The mom knew. Believe me, she knew. She played dumb and lazy and pawned him off on the girl. She knew when he wasn’t in bed at night beside her. I am also sure she heard muffled cries, noticed changes in the girls behaviour, blood in her panties, etc., when he first raped her at age 8. Don’t tell me that any mother can’t notice that pain in a child’s eyes, if you’re really paying attention. There were too many clues to say that woman didn’t know. Bullcrap!

for the love of God i cannot understand what legal system would allow him back home around his children. in my state things are alittle different…cps cares what happens. i have some foster children that were assulted by a relative and that relative is allowed absolutely no contact with them ever again…and that is just on the kids word of what happened. there was no charges brought against him because the children wouldn’t make statements on video tape…just confided in me ….but that was enough for cps to make their decision. something is God awful wrong with the state these kids live in…chalk up a few more destroyed lives.

This guy is unbelievable. Considering that it happened in Edmonton, Canada I have to wonder if he isolated the family (as we have heard about in other abuse cases). It seems so sad that the older daughter suffered so long without seeking any outside help. She seems to not be too screwed up if her main concern was her mother and little sisters. She took the abuse to spare her sisters and when she was old enough to make it in the outside world, it took her less than a year to help her family escape into the night and seek help from authorities. I say she is a hero to her sisters and I hope that the Canadian government is prepared to provide counseling for the mother and daughters. Don’t kid yourselves, I bet when he was killing the animals that wouldn’t obey him he was telling those little girls he would do the same to them or their mothers if they told anyone.
I’m glad this man’s actions have been exposed and I think they should hang him in the middle of town square!

I just cannot commprehend the level of sickness involved in theis crime. Please leave him alone with some lifers or something…no amount of pain would be enough to make up for his horrible acts. As for the mother….If he was thereatening her I am sure she was scared but as mother of 2 kids myself I would face the devil himself at an attemtp to make sure they are safe!

The “people” who commit these crimes should die, immediately. No trial. No appeals. No wasting time. They never get better, they always get out and they always do it again. A message about the 31 yr old in edmonton.
Half the childs story was resended after she admitted that her grandmother and mother told her what to say
The granmother had also threatend him in the past with finding a way to make his life a living hell
If the crime did happen he should be punished, but an outside party should have been brought in to clearify the difference in the childs story on what happened to what she was told to say
This is why he was given a less sentence
because he took a deal
if the child goes into the court room, she gives her statment on what happened. and if she says the version that she was told to say that is what goes into record .
And no one is allowed to queston the child in the court room after she makes her statment..
If she told her grandmothers version he would face up to 10 -20 years
His life is posible ruined due to an angry ex-wife and her parents(who have acually physically attacked the accused in public long before any of this aparently would have taken place)
People that use the justice system for false reasons just to hurt an individual should be punished severly
What is that teaching the child (if you hate someone, just lie about them and you can cause them pain )

Just a thought or comment if you will. Was the mother terrified? People like this man have also been assulted in some type of way, what happened to him. Of course what he has done is sick and is not right at all but as far as I’m concerned he will have alot to pay for SOON!!! Why is it that the legal system keeps drug lords etc. in jail longer than these predators that effect more innocent people who do not voluntarily take an interest in the practice? Why do they keep people who have fradulently claimed taxes in longer? Obviously they care more about money than justice and obviously the “system” is seriously messed up! I hope the little girl gets lots of therapy and grows to have people who genuinely care and love her around for the rest of her life. As far as the animals tsk tsk tsk…. what else can one say. This is a very sad case and it is not the first time things like this have happened to anyone… society is so messed up!

Secondly, I also think this man should be castrated. I wonder if he’s going through psychiatric evaluation. BMK, I resent the hillbilly remark. I am from WV and I assure you that nothing like that EVER took place where I am from. I get really tired of the ridiculous, unfair stereotypes.
That being said, this is one of the sickest things I have ever read. This guy should be put to death for what he did.
