Jennifer Johnson Denies Knowing Mark Wise Was Abusing Their Daughter
Last summer when Pittsfield, Mass. Police and Department of Social Service workers showed up at Jennifer Johnson’s apartment, they found her three-year-old alone in a barren room. Clad only in her underpants, the girl sported a black eye and bruises on her face, shoulder, head and leg. The large, oval-shaped bruise on the inside of the girl’s leg turned out to be a human-sized bite mark. Doctors who examined the child also found that she had a fractured wrist and collarbone, and was hemorrhaging in one eardrum.
Johnson said she didn’t know her boyfriend, Mark Wise, was beating their child and instead assumed that her “rough-and-tumble kid” had caused her own injuries. She said her daughter told her she fell off her bed, and had never mentioned that her father was hurting her. Johnson also insisted that she hadn’t noticed the bite mark.
The DA claims that Johnson allowed Wise to assault the girl and did nothing to stop it. Johnson is charged with one count of permitting injury to a child and one count of reckless endangerment of a child. Last year Wise pleaded guilty to three counts of assault and battery on a child with injury, and is now serving between 2 1/2 and 4 years in state prison.
The child, who turns six today, was adopted by her grandmother after Johnson gave up her parental rights. Johnson now lives in a local homeless shelter, and has failed to make her scheduled visitations with her daughter.

I just found this site recently by having google alerts on 3 nearby abuse cases (I live near the bitch who threw her 3 kids in the bay and the one who starved and beat her son and poured pine sol on him and the one whose foster kid ate baking soda because she was starved as discipline). This one here kills me. How can you not see an adult bite mark on a 3 year-old’s leg. Doesn’t she bathe her kid? A fractured wrist and collarbone, yeah easy to miss on a 3-year-old. Stupid bitch.

I have three year old daughter and she gets bathed everynight and I would notice a freaking bite mark. Plus, my daughter has an older brother and they “rough and tumble” and she never has bruises like that!!!! I am divorced and when asked why I do not date, I reply because there are too many freaks out there and from what I have read you never really know the other person and I am afraid it would be someone who would mistreat my children. When it is the parents who mistreat their children, I am honestly flabergasted. How can you hurt an innoscent little person who trusts you and loves you no matter what you do? As a Mom, no love will ever compare to the love I have for my children and no man, even the father of my children will ever come before the welfare and safety of my children. This woman knew and she is lying to say that she didn’t!!! Crimes against children deserves much tougher penalties than what the law allows. When a convicted child molester is allowed to leave prison, it hurts my heart. To me that is the worst crime you can committ!!! My son who is 9, gets mad when I will not allow him to run off riding his bike through out the neighborhood or run off to the toy dept at Target by himself. He’ll understand one day. I did. :-) It is a shame that there are many people who want children and can not have them and then these cruel, evil people are able to have them and do not treat them as the special gifts from God that they are!!!

Unless she has an IQ of 30, that bitch is lying! She’s a worthless human being, not to mention a pathetic excuse for a “mother”. I would be mortified if I ever found my child in that condition and somebody would die and I would be on my way to jail but there is NO WAY I would let somebody get by with hurting my baby like that! NO WAY.
