  Yeah!!! I said the same thing on every board/blog I post at!! ASSHOLE!
  I mean he and his friends all knew the police wanted to know about Melinda’s last hours …
  Yet not a one of them came forward???
  I really hope the DA slams their sorry asses.
  OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE!and a littany of other charges.
  Its like they think this is some freakin game.
  My suggestion is the police make a statement…to the effect of …. YOU have 48 hours to come forward if you have information, if you do not we will prosocute you to the fullest extent of the law.
  All these 21 YO’s are hiding like this child’s life is a game. ‘Hello!! your friend had freakin issues!! This is two year old child! In case your lagging in the information….. whatever the hell the girl told you ?? IT was a lie!!!!
  Please take note… Melinda was the one with issues.. Any girl who threatens suicide while pregnant is not emotionally stable.

  Just drop Trenton off somewhere…

  But isn’t Florida the same state that couldn’t prosecute the family members of John Cooey (the sick fuck convict who murdered Jessica Lunsford)who lied for him?

  That sucks but I hope, even if it means there are no prosecutions, this leads to finding Trenton. No baby deserves to just be handed off like a damn unwanted puppy.

  Before Melinda died, she may have thought she had the legal right to give Trenton to someone else. She may even have said so. But she didn’t. But that might have given the ones who took him some protection. But now that she is dead, her custody papers are invalid and Josh is now his only surviving parent. Keeping him further means kidnapping, keeping him from his legal parent. Someday Trenton will need his legal birth certificate- when he enrolls in school for instance. If the person who has Trenton holds him that long, they will get busted over that issue. At this point they can come forward, without too many problems, as long as he isn’t harmed. But if they wait…. well Fla. will still be looking for them.

  As I mentioned from Day-One, Melinda likely gave Trenton to someone she knew to safe-guard Trenton from that dispicable father of his. Melinda knew a ton of people, and her ability to do this was quite fisable, plus Melinda was not afraid to drive long distances. When they do finally find Trenton, that will bring more lawsuits against Nancy Grace for her slanderous and libelous statments on this Duckett case. Get your check-book ready there Nancy, you are going to need it soon. Perhaps it would simply be cheaper for Nancy if she just simply stopped victimizing victims.

  First of all, I don’t know, Michelle, I do not think the father was the dispicable one. He passed lie detector test and all that. Melinda was in numerous porn videos (trenton included), she wouldn’t take a lie detector test, she killed herself obviously in attempt to hide something.

  And second….Amraann you post in every single forum I have been in about this case. You know a lot about all of it….. what’s up with that?

  Ok I just read something about the case that I haven’t heard any follow about about…. maybe someone could help me out.

  Melinda said she put her son down for bed at 7 and then returned to another room to watch movies with some friends…. and then a few hours later went to his room to check on him and he was gone.

  Did anyone question the friends that were there? Was Trenton really at home at 7? Did they see him? Cuase other websites say he was dropped off somewhere else before that and never was at home.

  Second, they said he was last seen in a striped shirt and denim jeans….. would she reall put him in bed in his denim jeans? That doesn’t seem right.

  In response to your most recent questions Jen (8 & 9), yes, according to the attorneys that have discussed the case elements, Josh is basically a sleaze-bag and a defendant in another lawsuit against him for his illegal use of donated monies paid in by well-wishers for the safe return of Trenton. That money donated was not supposed to be used for the motorcycle, boat, a new car for himself, and a ton of new digital equipment confirmed against Josh from the proceeds of those Trenton donations. He will likely be forced to account and re-pay all of that money as well as receiving a civil damage amount for his criminal actions in that matter. Personally, I believe Josh needs about 3-5years of incarceration, but the civil disposition may be the worst of his expected outcome from his dishonest actions. Both Josh and Nancy Grace deserve adjoining cells in prison for their illegal actions against Melinda, Trenton, and the estate of Melinda Duckett. CNN is expected to pay out hugely in a settlement arrangement for Nancy’s illegal conduct in the way Nancy and her staff treated a psychologically-distraught young mother who took a phone call from Nancy in anticipation of helping to locate her missing child. Melinda answered all of Nancy’s questions and cooperated fully with Nancy within the instructions given to Melinda by Melinda’s attorney. Nancy and CNN does hold some accountability in the ultimate demise of Melinda and CNN will have to pay huge bucks out for Nancy’s documented unprofessional and illegal conduct she took towards Melinda and Melinda’s estate after Nancy provoked Melinda’s suicide. Just add that amount of dollars to the big piles of lawsuits already won against Nancy when the city of Atlanta had to throw Nancy out on her butt. That is one of the many reasons Nancy can never practice Law anymore anywhere in any of the 50 states of the United States. Seems the city of Atlanta learned a long time ago what a scumbag Nancy really is. Nancy should have learned a long time ago not to victimize the victims. But, since Nancy was never a victim of a crime, she has no clue at all. Keith was a victim, but not Nancy. Nancy has zero clue at all and deserves a prison cell for her crimes against non-convicted victims.

  Well, christine, thank you very much for confirming that you either do not have a higher former education involving either the fields of Law or Psychology, or that you definately do not maintain a professional position in those fields either. Do not allow your ignorance of the facts of the case against Nancy Grace to continue to prevent you from understanding her culpability when she verbally battered a documented emotionally-fragile young mother of a missing child. Melinda only followed her attorney’s instruction regarding the lie detector test, and those are not admissable into evidence anyways unless both the prosecution and defense agree prior to the testing, so your point is mute. The reason, basically, they are not allowed is because they have no proven track record of accuracy, haven’t you heard yet christine? MD did cooperate with the police in every aspect her attorney had advised her on, haven’t you heard that either christine? What that tells me is that you, christine, are dealing primarily with the emotions of the case, and not the facts of the case. Do not give up on improving your current un-informed status christine, keep trying to get yourself up-to-speed on the necessary facts you are delinquent of. There may still be some hope for you. Ohh, as far as can be verified as of yesterday, Nancy Grace has not been a contributing factor in the death of anymore non-convicted victims, at least as of yesterday. Hopefully no more people lost thier life again as a direct connection to Predator Nancy Grace.

  Michelle, you must know the stupid bitch …..who gave her son away , then killed her self….and you need to put the blame on Nancy Grace…….She was trying to get out of her answers, that the police would have liked to even know…What the fuck is up with that …..And if you seen Josh…He is concered about his son….And what mother thows her babys food, and diapers, and sonagram pictures in the trash, and his toy’s for that matter….you need to get a fucking clue ….What attorney is going to tell you not to coroperate with the police about where you were the days following your childs disaperance?Josh did everything he was asked to do….And passed with flying colors…..If God forbid it was one of mine missing I would do everything in my power to coroperate with the police…It is the parents that are the first suspects, till they are cleared….so why not get them out there looking ekse where if you are not guilty?   Sorry elaine, I do not personally know the “stupid bitch,” however, I do agree with you that Predator Nancy Grace is a “stupid bitch.” It is no wonder she was reduced in her air-time hours by Court-TV before they finally fired her butt. Just like the city of Atlanta fired her butt too, and removed her ability to ever practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States. Starting to see a pattern yet there elaine? As far as your question of “who gave her son away” is also another irrelevant question. Your further statement “then killed herself” is also incorrect as Predator Nancy Grace has not yet killed herself, although I have not checked for sure in the last several hours. Maybe that possibility still exists. And, I have not put the “blame on Nancy Grace.” The Plaintiffs have done that, and the upcoming Plaintiffs will be doing that in the up and coming lawsuits against Predator Grace. Your additional rants make no sense at all. Perhaps after you sober up some, maybe then you can attempt to elaborate on your current issues of your confusion. Take small steps, a little at a time, and maybe then you may have a chance at appearing educated and intelligent enough to communicate with others who possess a higher-degree of knowledge than you show for yourself.   i believe she either murdered that poor child or gave him away ,,,the local police and f.b.I. think trenton is still alive and leaning towards korea..anyway…people on here think they are very informed and insult others…it is common sense what mother would not cooperate to the fullest to find her baby…there is witnesses that place her with trenton and than 20 minutes later she returned to the same place without him…there are witnesses seen her handing him over to a couple at a construction site in a cadillac escalade…so you tell me…there is also a witness a florida fhp officer that wanted to pursue a vehicle of interest with a child fitting trentons description in the hrs he disappeared but was told no by his supervising officer….whatever the case may be they proved it was impossible for him to be taken out of his window….and why would melinda at first have one of the guys that was watching the movie call 911 than get on and not know what she put her baby to bed in …….michelle you are so misinformed and are to busy insulting others that are very close to the case…..all i know is little trenton is missing and he needs to be returned home to josh ..that poor daddy what he must be going through knowing the mother of his child has done something with precious trenton…she could of at least told where trenton is and what she has done with him before she blew her brains out….but regardless of her situation with josh she should of never taken it out on the helpless child….if he is still ou there alive i hope he is being well taken care of and he needs to be returned to his daddy…..

The actual facts cannot be based solely upon your emotions, and your continued lack of knowledge of both Law and of Psychology. So, christine, it is you that remains un-informed, not I. You are part of a large segment of people that are easily persuaded by emotions, and you simply confirm your lack of a professional-understanding of how the criminal justice system operates. You can change your level of your ignorance if you start investigating the actual facts of the Duckett case, instead of blaming others for your own shortcomings. Also, christine, I have never insulted anyone ever. I have, however, pointed out errors by un-informed individuals, and have helped them to motivate themselves from their current status of their own ignorance. You are welcome. It would be nice to find Trenton only as long as he is not returned to that scumbag of a father Josh. Trenton is very likely in Korea right now. Good for him. He, Josh, is a documented bad person, and Trenton would be much better off if he never gets to know of Josh. Too bad Predator Nancy Grace was a direct contributing party, within hours, of the tragedy that ended the ability to have Melinda help locate Trenton. Nancy should not have badgered a psychologically-fragile young mother. Had she not done so, Trenton might be in Florida today. But, for Nancy’s actions, Trenton is likely in Korea away from both Josh and Predator Grace. Good for him.

  documented bad things on josh??? have you looked into how many times dcf was involved with melinda??? as a matter of fact they did investigate her not to long before he disappeared??? maybe if the dcf agency would of been more involved once again this would of never happened melinda was a very unstable woman obviously…and it was not her choice to decide to do whatever she’s done with trenton…not only has she effected josh for life ….what about everyone else that was in trenton’s life…she surely effected trenton for life if he is still alive if he is they will eventually find him and he will be returned where he belongs.

  Yes, Christine, Josh has been documented with some very bad things, illegal activities he has been found guilty of in a court of law. Yes, I have seen the released reports from dcf regarding Melinda, and they all hold Josh more accountable for bad things than they do with Melinda. Maybe it is time for you, Christine, to finally research the facts before you continue to run your mouth and make more defamational and slanderous statements against people that are not guilty of your charges and assertions. Hey, that just happens to be some of the same misconduct Nancy Grace does on a regular basis. It is no wonder Nancy has pending lawsuits against her in both state and federal courts right now. Perhaps Christine and Predator Nancy Grace should try to first educate themselves to the facts of a case first, before they make themselves more of a fool than they already appear.
