Mom Charged for Duct-Taping Kids Together while She Worked
Two hot tippers, MCA and Colin, were quick to send me this story about 25-year-old Agla Nadia Vincent of Jacksonville, Florida, who is the latest parent to use that last resort of desperate moms everywhere: duct tape! The naval officer (if that doesn’t worry you, nothing will) is accused of binding her 2-year-old and 3-year-old together with Red Green’s favorite fixative while she attended her day job. A neighbor eventually heard the boys crying, which led police to find the two sitting in their own waste on a play mat.
It took police seven months to decide whether or not they had enough to charge Vincent with child abuse. Apparently, the kids have been in the custody of the state since then. Why seven months? Isn’t there a due process issue there? The issue appears to be Vincent’s military service: her term ended in August, which allowed civil authorities to take over the case. I have no idea what the hell the Navy did or didn’t do before that time. Frankly, if she did abuse these kids like this - and what the hell kind of defense can you mount to this charge, anyway?! - I don’t give a hang about how long the case drags on. The longer those boys are out of Vincent’s care, the better.

I was a single mother, I used to threaten ny kids with being duct taped. When I saw this,I caled my daughter, she laughted at the memeroy. I could barely give them a smack. Then I read her the post,she cried,and cried, and stil cries for the kids that lived thought this.

I can’t imagine what was going through those babies minds,they probably tried for hours to get free,and eventually became so frustrated and confused that all the could do was just cry and scream and lie there. Was this woman so completely brainless that one day she said. “Heck with a finding a sitter they can’t get into any trouble if I duct tape them to one another while I’m not home, Hey, at least they’ll be occupied for a long time while they’re trying to get loose.
Sick witch! If only we could do the same to her sorry worthless self. I’d want a front row seat to that show!!

This is just appalling, because you can bet your ass (and I my nicest paycheque) that this selfish whore had plenty of money for a pointy airbrush manicure, ($60+ a month!) stylin’ shoes, and cable TV, but no money for a sitter. If you don’t want kids and their responsibility, here are your options: adoption, abortion, birth control, or KEEP YOUR LEGS CLOSED. The world doesn’t need you breeding more shattered lives. I agree with Kim Moore - let the punishment fit the crime - tape Vincent up for whole day in her own feces.

(i’m using my cousins email address,not yet haveone of my own) I am the brother of agla vincent,i understand the charges being brought up against my sister, i’m not here to disclaim nor speak upon it at all but needless to say i am appalled but not surprised by my sister’s actions,further more all i want is my nephews,since the 1st time i held them both in my arms they became a part of my heart and it’ll break me to see them go or become raised up by any other family than that of my own……Please SOMEONE HEAR MY CRY I WANT MY NEPHEWS NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS TO MY SISTER…NO MORE HEARTACHE OR PAIN SHOULD COME TO MY 2 LITTLE PRIDE AND JOY….

Alga Vincent loves her children and would never do anything like this. These charges are bogus and it is appauling that anyone would belive this insane story the media (who doesn’t like to fact check)put up. All you people who give support to Justin Lewman is supporting a deadbeat abusive monster, he refuses to pay child support. I pray to god that everone will someday see the truth.

you are bathed in ignorance Sam Fisher and I pitty you for you know nothing of what you speak. this message board is not the place for this discussion but i feel that everyons should know the truth. the victims of Agla’s sickness are many and more importantly her children. Agla Vincent suffers from manic-depression which has plagued her mind and filled her mouth with deceit. You obviously know nothing of the military, his child-support was deducted from his pay even before it was deposited into his account. he was unable to see his children due to a restraining order on him which was presented while he was out of state in tech school, unable to go to court to tell his side of the story. I know this because I was there when we were escorted from NAS Jacksonville in april 2005 by naval security forces. the savings account in question was misteriously wiped out while Justin was abord the USS Kenedy in the pursain gulf, I have seen the bank statements from keesler federal credit aswell as naval federal credit union and the statements show that both accounts were depleated by none other that Agal Vincent. where the money went? Iam not sure but look at the car she bought after she claimed she had no money. Agla Vincent is a poor tormented soul that deserves much but her children must be protected form her and her disease. I WEEP BECAUSE A WOMAN I KNEW AND LOVED WOULD TREAT HER OWN CHILDREN IN SUCH A MANNER. I ONLY WISH, I HAD ANSWERED HER PHONE CALL THAT MORNING AND MAYBE THIS TRAGEDY WOULD HAVE BEEN AVERTED.

Brandon Rogers you can lie to anyone else but you will not lie to me. Justin stole all the money from her account. Justin has cost her a tremendous amount of money. At one particular occasion he bought a motercycle using the money in her account costing over $1000.00 dollars. I have seen the pictures of him with it. He could not hold on to money to save his life. All he ever did was disapper for days and leave her all alone. Why would you defend such a monster? That is like going around telling people Adolf Hitler was a pretty good guy and the holocaust never happenend.

okay this is just becoming amusing how you can compare Justin to Adolf Hitler when Agla is the one being charged, Florida is a maternal state and for that state to take action just reasures me that she is guilty of abusing her children. I was like a referee for Justin and Agla and yes I was on her side because I believed her but then I was shown the truth by Agla Herself and now I know how she can be the martar and be manipulitaive and I just hope that eventualy you will see the truth.

Let me get this straight, so whenever someone is brought up on charges for a crime, regardless of the outcome of the trial (If there is one) based on the State taking action and pressing charges they are automatically guilty beyond reasonable doubt. Well that is just a great idea! Hey this man is being brought up on charges by the state for murder. Well who needs a trial, the State is taking action! Guilty without trial!! What’s this a lady is brought up on charges by the state for money laundering. Innocent or not who cares, the state is taking action so guilty without trial!!!
What is this, the legal system of North Korea? Or according to you we should just take some whiteout and makes some changes to the constitution. Let me just go over the facts one more time because maybe somebody wasn’t paying attention the last few times I meantioned them.
THE US NAVY SAT ON THIS CASE FOR 7 MONTHS. WHY? WERE THEY JUST BIDING THERE TIME, WAITING FOR THE RIGHT MOMENT? THE NAVY HOSPITAL RELEASED A REPORT STATING NO EVIDENCE OF DUCT TAPE ON THE CHILDREN. WOW, I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO SAY, NO EVIDENCE OF DUCT TAPE ON THE KIDS. WELL I DID AN EXPEREMENT AND PUT DUCT TAPE ON MY ARM FOR 1 HOUR. AFTER I RIPPED THE DUCT TAPE OFF, THERE WAS DUCT TAPE RESIDUE ALL OVER MY ARM, REAL NASTY STICKY STUFF. IF THERE IS NO DUCT TAPE RESIDUE THAN HOW WERE THESE KIDS DUCT TAPED, WHAT IS THIS A MAGICAL RESIDUE FREE DUCT TAPE BOUGHT FROM THE SAME GUY WHO SOLD JACK HIS MAGIC BEANS? Wow Brandon Rogers’ is so far speechless. Either that or coming up with a quick bs stories isn’t one his talents. In other news Francine Piatigorski is an idiot. Back to pressing stories, JL, we all what initials are, is pure trash. I am going all out this time so Brandon Rogers if your listening spread the word, I don’t think you have to go very far. JL has no soul, because of his crap actions an innocent woman had to be in jail, lost her job, and is spending more money because of actions he has taken. This man when he was together with her did nothing but cheat on her, physically and mentally abuse her. Calling her every foul word ever, again physically beat her. (He is bipolar, when not on medication people with this disorder go through fits and lashout on people)He cleared her bank accounts on several occasions, don’t try to lie to me about the deployement thing because it’s not going to work. Justin L. is not a man, he is a spineless gutless coward who gets off beating women. That is all a wife beater will ever be is a spineless gutless coward because he can’t fight somebody who he can’t beat up on so he goes home and beats on his wife. Hell is not a bad enough place for people like Justin L. All Justin L. does is ruing people’s lives. So far he has ruined 2 peoples lives because I know about his other daughter from his relationship prior to Agla Vincent. I don’t think the mother is getting any child support either. Justin L. is nothing but a piece of *hit and will accomplish nothing more is his life that being a piece of *hit, and one last thing. Justin is a really ugly guy, I mean his face is shaped like a bannana. Do any of you people remember the moon guy in those old Burger King commercials? That what Justin looks like expect an ugly version. Also he looks like he has Down’s Syndrome either that or he skipped a couple of stages of evolution.

Be warned that you are bordering on slander… I have my own issues to deal with and I just don’t have the patience to deal with an irational person such as yourself. you can dream up stories and pretend that Agla is an angel but I know the truth. you can pretend that she is perfect but no one is and I never said that justin was, yes he is a dog from time to time but i assure you that agla was not innocent either. Sam I have respect for you because you are fighting for what you believe but please don’t get petty and childish about it. very tacky. I am a full time student and I work at North East Methodist Hospital 40 -50 hours a week so I’m sorry that I can’t reply as soon as you like but oh well. and just a note justin never told me he had another child and I was one of his closest friends.Hmm I wonder where you heard this.

Only reason why you said that is because you can’t come up with anything that would make any sense and explain why Justin hasn’t sent any child support what so ever. This is my last post. The Nazis were monsters and somehow managed to get a whole nation to support them. Don’t feel like you are a pioneer when you support that POS Justin the wife beating coward. Of course you pass off his lies and swear up and down they are the truch. You say he loves his children but refuses to pay child support or pay it in a joint account only to write checks against it. But now to save himself from paying child support he would rather give up his parental rights. That Brandon is what exactly happened. So much for your loving father story, I think it belongs in the fiction section. Really to save from paying the child support he owes. What a scumbag.
