18-Year-Old Dad to Be Puts Out Hit on His Unborn Child
OMFG. What, is this Forced Abortion Month or something? From the wonderful social bookmarking system crimene.ws comes this awful tale of an 18-year-old father who couldn’t wait for his child to exit the womb before he started racking up bad daddy demerits. Charles D. Young of Colville, Washington has been collared after offering to pay a hit man over $3K in exchange for an assault that would kill his unborn kid. Officers learned of Young’s desire to hire a hit early on, and arranged for a police officer masquerading as a scumbag to accept a $1,620 down payment from the reluctant teen dad.
The Young story offers a slight twist on a theme we’ve seen recurring over the past four weeks, which usually involves the parents of pregnant children attempting to induce an abortion for the “benefit” of their children. This is the first story I’ve seen in a while, though, where the father-to-be was the one seeking early termination by any means necessary. Charles, not every man can say that he’s the world’s worst father while his kid is still in the stewpot. You, sir, are to be commended for taking awful parenting to a whole new level.
If you live in Colville and have some dish on this Young character, I’d love to hear it. He himself sounds like the product of 18 years of parenting gone awry. Seriously - if one of my children ever grew up and pulled shit like this, I might have to hire a hitman myself.

I understand though it’s pretty common for guys to either force/coerce a gal to go through with an unwanted abortion, or else to kill their pregnant wife/girlfriend. This case is just unusual because of the hitman thing.

To me this sounds like the parents didnt teach him the correct morals and values of life. That money was more important than life, or that when you make a mistake to try and fix the problem in a mature and adult manner istead they taught him that he could buy his way out of his problems with out a consequence. Did he honestly think he was going to get away with this? why couldnt he just walk away? and he didnt for what some damn child support? get over it there are many single mothers out there that have yet to recieve childsupport from their dead beat dads.
