Anna Nicole Smith’s Bahamas Lawyer Quits over “Wedding Before Funeral” Decision
You see? You SEE?! It’s not just me who thinks Anna Nicole Smith is a little Fruit Loops for marrying her lawyer before interring her son Daniel. Smith’s lawyer Michael Scott - who’s her lawyer in the Bahamas, not the lawyer she’s fucking - has resigned as her counsel in the island nation, after learning that she wedded her stateside lawyer Howard K. Stern before her son was even six feet under. Scott also cited “strategy differences” with Stern as a reason for his un-amicable departure from the black widow.
Now, the cynical amongst you may ascribe this to jealousy: Scott wishes HE had gotten a piece of that sweet Playmate boo-tay, and resigned in protest. A “pussy protest”, if you will. This theory, of course, hinges on the absurd notion that the super-trashy Smith is attractive. No, I’m taking this at face value for what it is: one man’s disgust that a mother would put her libido over her grief for her child.

Not that I’m trying to defend her, but I wonder if the wedding wasn’t a move to protect her child custody rights of her new daughter.

I doubt it, Marie. I don’t know a family court in the land that would take a baby from her mother without severe cause. And as bad as Being Anna Nicole Smith might be, I doubt it meets the legal bar.

Everything I’ve read has stressed that the ‘wedding’ was not legal and binding.
The couple “exchanged vows before God” but did not obtain a marriage license, Scott (the attorney that quit)told The Associated Press. “It was not a formal, legal arrangement,” Scott said.
AND you have to remember that there is another party involved - the other guy that SWEARS that the new baby is HIS daughter…
