Foster Child Marcus Fiesel’s Murdering Parents Indicted
You’ll remember the heart-rending story of Marcus Fiesel, the poor three-year-old boy who was stored in a closet like merchandise for two days while his so-called "foster parents" attended a family reunion out of state. Today’s news reports that the fosters, Liz and David Carroll, have been indicted on charges of murder and kidnapping for wrapping the child up in blankets and tape and leaving him to die. Not-so-loving father David Carroll has also been hit with a charge of gross abuse of a corpse for burning Marcus’ body.
The murder charge carries a potential life sentence. Talk about getting off easy. It’s amazing what people can convince one another - and themselves - to do when they find their precious little lives inconvenienced.

A similar case happened in Canada. A child was soor poorly treated for so long that his weight was that of an infant at 5 years of age. The child literally starved to death after a miserable life drinking from the toilet and living on scraps.
OKay, I am a loud mouth asshole. I admit to that. Fair enough?
But I say we release these killers into general population in jail. Then see what happens.
Slow execution by curling iron is what will happen.

Sickening. Just sickening. How could such people keep a young innocent child like Marcus in a closet?
I hope they feel the guilt of their actions, for guilt is worse than the death penalty at times.

This is a sad, sad story. What is even more sad is the abortion holocaust going on in America since 1973 and how it still continues today. Parents don’t want their children so they simply kill them. What I’m confused about is why we don’t sentence the hundreds of thousands and often millions of parents every year that kill their kids through abortion. Why don’t they get indicted in murder charges?

To answer the question on why parents do not get idicted of murder on abortions; the reason is, that a fetus is not even considered a person until a certain stage of pregnancy. I am anti-abortion as well, I only know if this information because, my friend was in a car accident and it killed her unborn baby, but, because she was not far enough along in her pregnancy, the fetus could not even be mentioned in the trial - sad huh?

I grew up with Liz in MA. Given her psychotic history…I can’t believe she was given the opportunity to foster a child. She is DEFINITELY to blame for this…but I don’t think people with the past that she has should be given the privilege of raising a child. Just my opinion. All responses welcome.

The Zero Boss Says:
Philip, what the FUCK does abortion have to do with this story?!
Well, Zero Boss, it has everything to do with this story; while I agree with Philip, he probably should have gone further to explain his comment. The millions of unborn defenseless babies that have been murdered since legalized abortion began only shows us society’s view of children, unborn AND after they are born: they are worthless. These animals that abuse and kill children are only taking their law given (it certainly isn’t God given) right to abort their babies one step further, they are aborting them AFTER birth instead of BEFORE birth. While I disagree with abortion (before or after birth) it is a logical progression. If a life inside the womb is worthless, it makes ALL life worthless. Until legalized abortion is done away with we will continue to see these child abuse/child murder stories in large numbers. And Stacey, whomever may or may not see the unborn child as a person, it is still a life, from the time of conception, and therefore must be protected, or again, we’ll just have to get used to seeing the heinous crimes perpetrated against defenseless children. Everyone cries (me included) for the thousands of defenseless children abused and murdered. Where is the crying for the millions of defenseless children who have been murdered through legalized abortion? A sad commentary on the progressive country we call America!

A fetus is not a born baby. Sorry, Debra, but your argument holds no weight with me. People were killing their kids when abortion was illegal, and they’ll continue killing their kids no matter what the laws.
But this is not really the place to get into an abortion debate.

Aaron, I am glad you and your wife have your child back, why wasnt the foster parents charged for this? and if they had been this may have not happen to little Marcus..I will pray for you little one and may god be with you and your family..This whole situation makes me so sick, how anyone can mistreat a sweet innocent child is beyond me.

Larry, you grew up around this woman? She had a history of mental issues and CPS STILL allowed her to foster a child? Poor Marcus was killed not only by his foster parents, but by the system, as so many children are.

I would just like to point out that killing a pregnant woman (no matter how far a long she is) is considered a double murder. I know this isn’t about abortion but why is that any different?

What is it with you Americans and this bollocks about abortion being the same as murder????? Other countries in the modern world have dealt with this issues decades ago.In a perfect world abortion would not be needed as everyone who gets pregnant would love their babies etc etc…… WAKE UP!this is not a perfect world, people should not have to give birth to babies that they don’t want to have, DEAL WITH IT.

Why were these two monsters hands not tied behind their backs, wrapped in a blanket, tied up with duck tape, and thrown in their cells????? I have no sympathy or mercy for adults who murder children, especially for those who murder other’s children. I am a member of a group called Kelsey’s Purpose and we are seeking justice for Kelsey Briggs, and children like her. Marcus and Kelsey’s stories are different, but one thing that they do have in common is that they both died while in foster care. The caretakers killed them, but the system failed them and literally pushed them into this huge black hole that will never close unless we hold these agencies ACCOUNTABLE!!!!!!!!!!

God, how sad. This breaks my heart so bad. I am in tears. I just don’t understand why. These monsters should never be free again. If it were up to me, they would both be sentenced to die. That poor baby. He never asked to be here on this earth. I can only imagine how afraid he must have been, all alone…before he died. Those pieces of shit should die, along with all other child molesters and child killers.

Melissa: it is not considered a “double murder” in every state. Most states only consider it two murders, if the fetus is older than the legal abortion age in that state. Some take it a step further than that and say it is only a double murder if the woman is in the third trimester. I don’t believe that the government should be interfering at all in this decision. It seems to be a decision made by the woman who is pregnant and her physician. I don’t tell you what positions you can have sex in and I don’t think you have a right to tell me what to do with my body either.

Sorry, I went off a tangent. These pos excuses for human beings should have to suffer everything they put this poor baby through and die the same way. I can’t imagine what he felt and suffered through, but I hope that the universe offers a happy after life (and may he never hurt again).
