Mom: Don’t Blame ME for My Abandoned Son Plummeting from Apartment!
Now, Elizabeth Burciaga has something that resembles a point. Kids do sometimes, tragically, fall from the windows of apartment buildings, and it’s just a sheer accident. This happened to Eric Clapton, when people in his household became confused over who was watching his son.
But, Elizabeth? You don’t get to plead "accident" when your son is only four years old, and you left him by himself.
The incident took place in Albany, New York, the home of my By some miracle, the little boy survived the 11-story plummet from his apartment, and is recovering in the hospital. So why, exactly, should Burciaga’s request to have the charges dropped be honored? So that she can leave him alone in the apartment again for a repeat performance? Um, how about not?
