Jacko Accuser’s Mom Gets Welfare Fraud Rap
That poor, poor kid. Is it too much to ask that he have one normal adult in his life?
LOS ANGELES (AFP) - The mother of the boy who accused pop star Michael Jackson of sexual abuse was herself charged with fraudulently obtaining welfare payments, judicial authorities said.In a one-page letter, the Los Angeles District Attorney accused the 37-year-old woman, whose name is withheld to protect her son, with collecting nearly 18,800 dollars in welfare payments while falsely claiming poverty to qualify for the payments.
Really, I’m a big proponent of parental rights, but isn’t there a point where you’re obligated to ask, “Hey, kid, how would you like to have a non-psychotic parent for a change”?
